Refund policy

• FastSpring requires unconditional refund terms to activate the store. This is not optional and not negotiable — write it plainly.
• EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content (Directive 2011/83, Art. 16(m)) unless we capture express consent and an acknowledgement that the right is lost, before download. Decide which way to go: capture the consent, or simply honour the 14 days. Honouring it is simpler and the trial makes refund pressure unlikely anyway.
• Businesses buying B2B have no statutory withdrawal right — but a stated policy still helps.
