Refund policy
TODO — must be real before the store opens
- FastSpring requires unconditional refund terms to activate the store. This is not optional and not negotiable — write it plainly.
- EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content (Directive 2011/83, Art. 16(m)) unless we capture express consent and an acknowledgement that the right is lost, before download. Decide which way to go: capture the consent, or simply honour the 14 days. Honouring it is simpler and the trial makes refund pressure unlikely anyway.
- Businesses buying B2B have no statutory withdrawal right — but a stated policy still helps.
Blocked on: a decision, and the AS name.
The intent
The trial is the full plugin with a watermark, with no time limit. You can evaluate it completely before paying us anything — which is the point. If you still buy and it turns out not to fit, we would rather refund you than keep money from someone the tool did not help.
